Red beet salat with warm chistorritas sausages
For 1 person: Prepare the chistorritas sausages in the oven. Make a fresh vinaigrette with olive oil, wine vinegar and mustard and mix it with 100g chickpeas and 100g red beet cut in small pieces. Serve this on a large tray with raw spinach. Add fresh goat cheese and the warm chistorritas sausages.
