Tomato lentil stew with pollo al ajillo chicken
For 1 person: Prepare the pollo al ajillo chickenwings in the oven. Fry half an onion cut in small pieces and add 200g tomato in pieces and fresh coriandre. Cook for a few minutes. Add 200g lentils, some capers and the warm pollo al ajillo chickenwings. Heat the dish vor a few minutes and serve with fresh coriandre.
