Pincho croqueta de chorizo
The Tapas Club Croqueta de Chorizo has a very nice authentic slightly spicy chorizo flavour. As a pincho on a baguette, it is complete with a tiny bit of aioli and a thin slice of mild chorizo under the croqueta. With a skewer in it and some greenery, it looks (and is!) delicious.
